I installed the Trove to Hetzner's prepared Openstack installation which is using Mitaka release. I also installed and configured Cinder so Trove can work with volumes. Now the problem is that after following all the steps from the guides (creating datastores, updating versions etc) the trove task manager is not creating any nova instances and the database instances just stuck in build state, I also tried specifying --nic (--nic 'net-id=c62977b3-8f22-4632-88d9-c4f1e44ea1b4,v4-fixed-ip=192.168.100.20').

Also, is there a way to remove all the stuck in build state instances?
