Check your SQL keystone database manually:

# mysql -u root -p<password>

mysql> use keystone;

mysql> show tables;

There have been some problems with python-sqlalchemy before. What version do you use? (# yum info python-sqlalchemy)

Reading logs can help resolve the issue. Check your "/var/log/nova/nova-compute.log".

Depending on what drivers and configuration you use, you might want to check the following two issues:

firewall_driver = nova.virt.libvirt.firewall.NoopFirewallDriver should be changed to: firewall_driver=nova.virt.firewall.NoopFirewallDriver

Also, #compute_driver=libvirt.LibvirtDriver should be changed to: compute_driver = nova.virt.libvirt.LibvirtDriver

2014-11-10 07:25:00 -0500 answered a question Does keystone_manage db_sync succeed with python-sqlalchemy 0.9.x?

You need to first install the packet "yum-plugin-priorities"

server# yum -y install yum-plugin-priorities

This way yum will choose python-sqlalchemy-0.8.4 from ICEHOUSE repo, and not version 0.9.7, which is a part of EPEL repo.
