2013-06-06 07:03:46 -0500 answered a question Why do I get "connection refused" when reaching OpenStack Dashboard

Hi All,

First of all thanks in advance.

Previously token_format was PKI "token_format = PKI" (Keystone-manage db_sync worked without any error

at the time i got the below. [user@rh64x-41-101 ~]$ sudo vi keystonebasic.sh [user@rh64x-41-101 ~]$ ./keystonebasic.sh Unable to communicate with identity service: {"error": {"message": "An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (OperationalError) (1045, \"Access denied for user 'keystone'@'localhost' (using password: YES)\") None None", "code": 500, "title": "Internal Server Error"}}. (HTTP 500)

After changing token_format to UUID "token_format = UUID"

i am getting the below error

[user@rh64x-41-101 ~]$ ./keystone_basic.sh [Errno 111] Connection refused

Now db_sunc also not working

keystone-manage db_sync Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/keystone-manage", line 28, in <module> cli.main(argv=sys.argv, config_files=config_files) File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/keystone/cli.py", line 173, in main default_config_files=config_files) File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/oslo/config/cfg.py", line 1180, in __call__ self._parse_config_files() File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/oslo/config/cfg.py", line 1655, in _parse_config_files raise ConfigFilesNotFoundError(not_read_ok) oslo.config.cfg.ConfigFilesNotFoundError: Failed to read some config files: /etc/keystone/keystone.conf

Can you please help me to resolve this issue.
