I solved this problem.

2014-01-06 06:38:53 -0500 asked a question Multiple proxy server problem

Hi,

I have multiple proxy-server and on their haproxy load balancer. When I set source to balance option in haproxy.cfg, load balancer is going to only one proxy server. but When I set roundrobin to balance option in haproxy.cfg, load balancer is going to once firstly proxy server then once secondly proxy. When I click on each, horizon show different container. Example, firstly, I click to container, horizon is show x, y, z containers. secondly, I click to container, horizon is show a, b, c containers. and Thirdly,I click to container, horizon is show x, y, z containers. when we have multiple proxy server, Have each proxy server different container knowledge?

Thanks.

Hi,

You can add "memcache_servers = 192.168.56130:11211" in [filter:cache] of your proxy-server.conf file.

proxy-server.conf [filter:cache] use = egg:swift#memcache memcache_servers = Proxy_server_ip:11211

#proxy_server_ip example 192.168.56.135

memcached.conf -l proxy_server_ip # -l 127.0.0.1 change proxy_server_ip

after you must restart to proxy and memcached service.

Hi,

you should change max connections in /etc/rsyncd.conf. after you should restart rsync services.

Example rsyncd.conf

cat >/etc/rsyncd.conf <<eof uid="swift" gid="swift" log="" file="/var/log/rsyncd.log" pid="" file="/var/run/rsyncd.pid" address="$STORAGE_NODE(1,2,3)_IP</p">

[account] max connections = 2 path = /srv/node/ read only = false lock file = /var/lock/account.lock

[container] max connections = 2 path = /srv/node/ read only = false lock file = /var/lock/container.lock

[object] max connections = 2 path = /srv/node/ read only = false lock file = /var/lock/object.lock EOF

2013-10-25 06:32:25 -0500 answered a question BadStatusLine: '' between Swift-proxy and Keystone (Ubuntu 12.04 - Havana)

Why you use ssl cretificate in proxy-server.conf? Keystone is ensured ssl security for swift. you have to remove cert_file and key file in proxy_server.conf. And you will restart the proxy service. [DEFAULT] cert_file = /etc/swift/cert.crt key_file = /etc/swift/cert.key

Ubuntu 12.04 has Swift in its "main" archives (version 1.4.8-0ubuntu2.2) which was superseding the PPA version anyway. You skip this step.

You must change configuration files. and you can try changed ip.

Are you change the following commands? Modify memcached to listen on the default interfaces. Preferably this should be on a local, non-public network. Edit the IP address in /etc/memcached.conf, for example: perl -pi -e "s/-l 127.0.0.1/-l $PROXY_LOCAL_NET_IP/" /etc/memcached.conf are you sure proxy server ip that 127.0.0.1? This error is make incorrect configuration.
