2013-04-22 10:25:30 -0500 commented question How to change network bandwidth of instances?

Which hypervisor are you using? Also, within your instance, which network card is provided?

2013-04-19 15:16:53 -0500 commented question novnc "Failed to connect to server" after update

Hi, when you try to connect to your instances via Horizon, nova-consoleauth will log out the host that it's trying to redirect to. Can you verify that the IP address (and port) is listed correctly and that the token is accepted?

2013-04-19 15:11:25 -0500 commented question Why I can not login to the deployed vm after adding compute node

As above, keystone is not involved with the login process of deployed instances, these things are completely separate. If instances are able to run across all deployed compute hosts and you're just having problems logging into them then I suggest you confirm your ssh-keys and/or username/passwords

Yes, you can use a few different OpenStack distributions on top of CentOS, many of them supporting Quantum. A good starting point is RDO (openstack.redhat.com) as it is built for EL-clones.
