Hi, i've tried to apply your patch but it doesn't work, it reports Hunk #1 FAILED, maybe I'm using the wrong version. I have rdo havana distro with neutron vlans. Any hint? Thanks

2014-01-16 13:37:56 -0500 asked a question instance virtual ip stops working

Hi,

I have a couple of keepalived/haproxy instances inside my openstack to load balance some mysql/apache services. At first I couldn't reach the keepalived virtual ip from my instances, so I added this iptables rules on my controllers:

-A INPUT -d 224.0.0.0/8 -j ACCEPT

-A INPUT -p vrrp -j ACCEPT

It worked, however, after some time it stops working, forcing me to restart iptables on all controllers. What could be wrong?

Thanks, Pedro Sousa
