2017-06-21 18:11:42 -0500 commented answer error : The request you have made requires authentication

IP address for docker0: 172.17.0.1 , in the keystone log i found this error Authorization failed. The request you have made requires authentication. from 127.0.0.1 , why it mention 127.0.0.1 ip !!

2017-06-21 18:10:19 -0500 commented answer error : The request you have made requires authentication

probably it's network configuration issus? my controller's ip is :192.168.1.250 , my compute's ip is : 192.168.1.251 , i created a provider network as here : https://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/install-guide-ubuntu/launch-instance-networks-provider.html (https://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/ins...) and it's subnet associated to 203.0.113.0/24

yes openstack commands work fine , i even installed the nova-docker so i have docker as hypervisonr and i succesfully created images and lunched instances. but docker-machine command doesn't work. is it because the docker-machine can't reach controller? but i run the command on the controller node!!

2017-06-21 14:15:09 -0500 commented answer error : The request you have made requires authentication

i aded the option OS_TENANT_NAME=default instead of OS_TENANT_PROJECT=default in vaine. i checked nova-compute.log and there is the error bellow

ERROR oslo.messaging._drivers.impl_rabbit [-] AMQP server on controller:5672 is unreachable: [Errno 113] EHOSTUNREACH. Trying again in 8 seconds.

thank you for your response , actually for the authentication options i use the exactly same admin-openrpc as mentioned in the documentation [https://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/install-guide-ubuntu/keystone-openrc.html#using-the-scripts (https://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/ins...)] and verify usernane and password from the horizon dashbord

i reseloved it by installing the package python-docker like mentioned here : [https://github.com/indigo-dc/nova-docker-documentation/blob/master/docs/install.md (https://github.com/indigo-dc/nova-doc...)] this is the whole instructions to follow

git clone https://github.com/openstack/nova-docker.git
cd nova-docker
git checkout HEAD^1
sudo apt-get install python-docker
sudo python setup.py install

then restart nova-compute server and it work
