2017-01-17 06:18:32 -0600 asked a question Mitaka Dashboard will not display images

I am deploying openstack in my lab environment for the first time. After installing the dashboard, I was able to successfully login, view my users, hypervisor, projects, and groups. However, I receive the message "Error: Unable to retrieve image list." when I click on images.

My glance service is running and I can see the cirros image from the CLI. The image is set to public, and I believe I've narrowed down the problem to the dashboard glance API. I noticed in the glance-api logs if I typed "glance image-list" I was hitting URI "/v2/images" with a 200 response code, but the dashboard is trying to access /v1/images and receiving a 500 response code. I double checked my "/etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py" file to ensure I had the configuration specified per the directions, but I'm not sure what's causing the issue.

Any help could be greatly appreciated.
