2017-02-07 21:42:55 -0500 answered a question Is there any installation guide for Newton Openstack release?

I know you don't want to use DevStack, but one thing you could try is to deploy DevStack Newton, grab all the configuration files of all the services, and then use them as a working reference to deploy Newton on a multi-node testbed and change the configuration files as needed.

I've written a detailed blog to deploy DevStack Newton if you'd like to refer:

I've seen this error if Mysql is corrupted. The following steps on CentOS resolved the the issue for me.

./unstack.sh

sudo yum -y remove MySQL-python.x86_64

sudo yum -y remove perl-DBD-MySQL.x86_64

sudo yum -y remove postgresql.x86_64

sudo yum -y remove postgresql-libs.x86_64

sudo rm -rf /var/lib/mysql/ /etc/mysql/

./stack.sh
