2015-10-27 13:16:07 -0600 | answered a question | Installation of Fuel 7.0 the display shows signal out of range I found the fix after installation (this if for Centos 6.6 under Fuel 7.0) Login to the server via Putty. Edit the file: /etc/grub.conf Adding the following entry at the end of the kernel configuration options: nomodeset And run: grub-install /dev/sda |
2015-10-27 13:16:07 -0600 | asked a question | Installation of Fuel 7.0 the display shows signal out of range When I installed Fuel 7.0 the signal shows out of range so I am unable to see the screen. I was able to install the software and even with adding nomodeset to the installation options it still does not show. |
2015-10-27 13:16:07 -0600 | asked a question | Fuel 7.0 web ui unable to connect I installed Fuel 7.0 on a dedicated machine. When I try to access https://10.20.0.2:8443 (as shown on the login screen on the server) it says unable to connect. The server can access the internet so I know the network is working. And I can remote access into the server from outside the 10 segment. But I cannot access the web ui via a browser. I even tried to setup a machine with a hard coded IP on the 10 segment and it still has the same problem and cannot connect to the web ui for Fuel. I even tried no port and port 8000 with the same result. |
