libvirtError: invalid argument: could not find capabilities for domaintype=kvm??

Hi I created a HA-openstack newton cluster. When I tired to launch an instance iam getting error like

I dont know why.. I checked whether my compute node supports hardware acceleration for virtual machines it seems to be fine:

egrep -c '(vmx|svm)' /proc/cpuinfo
64

Any help is appreciated..
