openstack horizon service is failed to start

 I have installed the latest version of Openstack (newton) on the centos 7.2 by using devstack scripts.  Following error is printed in the horizon.log under /opt/stack/logs.

sudo tail -f /var/log/httpd/horizon_error.log | sed 's/\x1b/\o033/g' & echo $!

/opt/stack/status/stack/horizon.pid; fg || echo "horizon failed to start" | tee "/opt/stack/status/stack/horizon.failure" [1] 14929 sudo tail -f /var/log/httpd/horizon_error.log | sed 's/\x1b/\o033/g'
