Connectivity with VM is not stable, What to do?

After network creation, all VMs are accessible but after certain time not a single VM is accessible. On single host, some VMs are accessible but some are not!!!! What can be the reason? If I delete the network and again create one, then every VM is accessible. But after some time, not a single VM is accessible. I thought it is due to port blocked by iptables service. Even I stopped iptable service, the problem remains same. I have installed Mitaka on Scientific Linux 7. Thank you
