creating external network quantum

Hi I have installed openstack on a single machine with a single nic. I made a machine using vcenter which is on a different subnet and it has the ip 10.35.141.91.I installed openstack on this machine.

My machine ip is 10.33.76.36. I installed openstack on 10.35.141.91. all the ips in the subnet 10.35.141.1/25 are used up.I want to take the ssh of the machines from 10.33.76.xx/24 subnet. Is there any way to do that?
