Should the Floating Range of IP's be in a subnet without DHCP?

I'm trying to setup a Openstack Havana using Packstack, with a Controller+Network Node and an array of Compute Nodes, all of them on a Management Subnet.

Since i'm working in a Corporate IT environment, DHCP is enabled by default for all my Subnets. Should i ask my network admin to disable my Subnet to be used for Floating Ip's to be removed from DHCP scope?
