Instance failed to spawn - Kilo/CentOS 7

Hello

After some previous success with Juno, I have built a new openstack environment with Kilo and CentOS7, everything fine so far, however, when I try to start a test VM, it almost immediately ends up in the ERROR state. If I look through my nova-compute log I see the following:

TRACE nova.compute.manager [instance: dbef4afc-0f4a-4725-8106-db0b6cca69e3] libvirtError: Hook script execution failed: internal error: Child process (LC_ALL=C PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin /etc/libvirt/hooks/qemu instance-00000008 prepare begin -) unexpected exit status 1: Traceback (most recent call last): TRACE nova.compute.manager [instance: dbef4afc-0f4a-4725-8106-db0b6cca69e3] File "/etc/libvirt/hooks/qemu", line 20, in <module> TRACE nova.compute.manager [instance: dbef4afc-0f4a-4725-8106-db0b6cca69e3] from cloudutils.configFileOps import configFileOps TRACE nova.compute.manager [instance: dbef4afc-0f4a-4725-8106-db0b6cca69e3] ImportError: No module named cloudutils.configFileOps

It looks to me like I am missing some python module, but I am pretty sure I installed all packages according to the Openstack Kilo Redhat/CentOS installation manual.

Does anybody have an idea what I could have done wrong there or what I might have forgotten?

Thanks in advance for any help.
