heat-keystone-setup-domain returns authentication error

Setting up Kilo, following install guide as closely as possible. Now in Heat I get the below error setting up the domain.

I am a bit confused by the proved dist.conf file. It has got some confusing directives. I do not trust is completely. (eg. in the DEFAULT stanza it has got: sql_connection = mysql://heat:heat@localhost/heat).

Does anybody have a clue what is wrong here? Kris
