### Two swift proxies serving a region each issue.

I'm trying to setup two swift proxies serving content from 2 regions with 3 zones each using keystone for authentication.

My aim is to have two endpoints (one for each region), and use read/write affinity so each region can prioritize its own zones.

When setting up the 2nd proxy i copied over the swift.conf/proxy-server.conf config and ring (*.gz) files and started the proxy services.

However after setting the second endpoint up in keystone, users now see each of their containers listed twice (duplicated) for each region. (The content itself is not duplicated).

Upon adding the second proxy I wanted any containers created by users to be specific to the chosen region and its endpoint. Even though the content is being replicated across regions.

Should I have copied over the ring files? or should I have built a new ring for the second proxy?

I'm a bit confused. Any help appreciated.
