How do the swift logs work?

Hey there,

I'm suppose to do a task on Swift, for my Master's Degree, but for that I need to look into the swift logs. I need to find one that says, for example, when someone does an upload or download, which user did that, what command did he used, what file was used and at what time. Is there such a log? If so, where is it? Because there's no folder in /var/log for swift. If there's not, can I configure one to do so? I'm using CentOS7 and Juno.
