Mount Driver ISO for Windows Installation

I'm attempting to load the ISO 'virtio-win-0.1-65.iso' for creating my windows installation however I cannot seem to do this in KVM. I've tried also editing the 'dumpxml' however OpenStack overwrites it whenever it reboots.

 root@hv1:~# virsh list
 Id Name State
----------------------------------------------------
 26 instance-00000211 running

root@hv1:~# virsh attach-disk 26 --source /root/virtio-win-0.1-65.iso --driver=qemu --target vdc
error: Failed to attach disk
error: operation failed: open disk image file failed

Whats the best way to load these drivers?

I'm attempting to load the ISO 'virtio-win-0.1-65.iso' for creating my windows installation however I cannot seem to do this in KVM. I've tried also editing the 'dumpxml' however OpenStack overwrites it whenever it reboots.reboots. From the http://builder.virt-tools.org/artifacts/libvirt-virshcmdref/html/sect-attach-disk.html documentation I've tried to use attach-disk however it seems to not want to interface with qemu.

 root@hv1:~# virsh list
 Id Name State
----------------------------------------------------
 26 instance-00000211 running

error: Failed to attach disk
error: operation failed: open disk image file failed

The following is listed in my libvirtd.log

2013-10-02 00:54:20.495+0000: 6788: error : qemuMonitorTextAddDrive:2724 : operation failed: open disk image file failed
