### Juno Not able to list roles tab on horizon

Hello, I have deployed Juno release on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and was unable to see a Roles tab. I found this: https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/28169/cant-find-roles-tab-on-dashboard/

But after doing this setting, I am seeing a message such as Unable to retrieve Project/Domain/ list for all the components. I learnt that the Keystone v3 API supports creation of roles through dashboard.

This post also looked interesting: http://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/how-switch-keystone-v20-v3

I updated the database entries to use the v3 endpoints and all environment variable settings. Somehow, the setup is in a messed up state and not able to fix it. Please help.

Another thing I would like to know, where is it defined that admin role is having higher privileges than _member_ or any other role which is created. For example, Reselleradmin is allowed to only launch a VM. While the _member_ role is capable of creating/deleting the VM etc. I mean the actual authorization is part of the service or component(like nova, glance, neutron), whereas, keystone is involved only in authentication. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks and regards, prathamesh
