I followed the below link:

I then created a cirros instance and then associated a floating ip, but then I'm unable to ping nor ssh the new instance.
I have enabled ICMP and SSH for 200/7.4.0/22
My network is 200.7.4.0/22 (as opposed to the normal 192.168.x.x)
What should I look for in resolving this?
