nova vnc config

I have multiple instance of nova-compute and currently have to manually edit nova.config on each to get vnc to work. ( See https://bugs.launchpad.net/charms/+bug/1151785 )

novncproxy_base_url = "http://10.10.5.4:6080/vnc_auto.html"
vnc_enabled = true
vncserver_listen = "0.0.0.0"
vncserver_proxyclient_address="10.10.5.13"

vncserver_proxyclient_address is unique to each host.

Is it possible to use a variable to set this for each host ip so juju does not overwrite the config. A few posts allude to this but I can't figure out how.
