### The screen shows 'Cannot get disk parameters' while deploying Mirantis OpenStack using Fuel

I have deployed a master node of Fuel 5.1, and want to deploy a runnable OpenStack environment using it. I've got two servers with the same hardware (Intel Xeon E5-2620 x2, 32GB RAM, 4TB HDD, 2 NICs). On the web UI of Fuel, I create an OpenStack environment with adding the two servers as its nodes. One node is deployed with Controllder + Storage - Cinder LVM + Telemetry - MongoDB, and the other is Compute + Storage - Ceph OSD. However, the progress of deployment never ends. One of the node is deployed successfully, but the other is not. I have tried several times with switching roles between the two nodes, but no luck. The fine node always success, and the broken node can never be deployed correctly.

Following is the messages showed on the screen of the broken node. The messages are showed after ubuntu is installed automatically through Fuel, and the deployment progress of this node is stuck at 29% on Fuel's web UI.

Edit:

The two server nodes which are used for deploying OpenStack are named as Untitled (4a:59) and Untitled (49:87) by Fuel. I have created a new OpenStack environment and try to deploy it to the two server nodes again. The OpenStack environment I'm going to deployed is as follows.

OpenStack Release: Icehouse on Ubuntu 12.04.4 (2014.1.1-5.1)
Deployment Mode: Multi-node
Compute: KVM
Network: Neutron with GRE segmentation
Storage Backend: Default (Cinder), Default (Glance)
Additional Services: Install Ceilometer (OpenStack Telemetry)

The roles to the two nodes are listed as follows.

Untitled (49:87): CONTROLLER‧CINDER‧MONGO
Untitled (4a:59): COMPUTE‧CEPH-OSD

Before deploying changes, the logs of the two nodes are as follows. (all sources except messages show nothing in the error log)

After clicking Deploy Changes, the result of deployment is as follows.

Node Untitled (4a:59) shows the same message as the above description. It is stuck in the reboot phase after ubuntu is installed, but before installing OpenStack. No additional error log is present in both Bootstrap logs and Other install logs.
