installing Juno release from Ubuntu Cloud Archieve??

I am trying to install Openstack Juno release manually using the docs from openstack.org.

While running

add-apt-repository cloud-archive:juno , I'm getting 'juno' not a valid cloud-archieve name. ANd lists the previous releases as options. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 so it won't even allow me to install icehouse claiming it wants the Ubuntu precise (12.04) release.

Are the instructions at http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/install-guide/install/apt/content/basics-packages.html not yet ready to be used before the Juno release? Is there another link I can get the Juno code from so I can continue with the installation process? Thanks in advance!
