Is Qemu reagarded as a hypervisor or it is just an emulator that can not instantiate the VMs in the compute node? What i want to do is set up OpenStack with the nodes as virtual machines in Virtual box that does not make visible tha VT-x to the upper level so compute node will not be able to see them.
