trusty apt-get update update fails on http://ubuntu-cloud.archive.canonical.com

Trying to install OpenStack IceHouse on 14.04 using puppet labs scripts. The apt-get is failing as show below:

http://ubuntu-cloud.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/dists/ have updates only for precise release. Is this as expected? If so what's the solution?
