How to get role id of _member_ in icehouse for Ubuntu 12.04

I am in middle of installing OpenStack Icehouse on Ubunto 12.4. While creating users, there is a step to Link the demo user, _member_ role, and demo tenant:

keystone user-role-add --user=admin --role=_member_ --tenant=admin

but this command does not work and need to use id instead of name. So the correct could should be,

keystone user-role-add --user=admin-id --role=_member_-id --tenant=tenant-id

While we have access to admin-id and tenant-id, the _member_id is not availble.

My Questions 1- How to make sure that the _member_ role is already defined. 3- If already defined, hot to see its id.
