nova installation on RHEL - version mismatch

I been trying out openstack installation on RHEL 6.x currently.

Have installed identity service , image service so far as per the installation guide

http://docs.openstack.org/grizzly/openstack-compute/install/yum/content/ch_installing-openstack-overview.html

Its been going good till compute service. I have 2 issues (I feel so) now.

While verifying the nova installation , I get the below output for nova-manage version

[root@OS7012 nova]# nova-manage version

2012.2.4 (2012.2.4-1.el6)

[root@OS7012 nova]#

Openstack documentation states expected output is "2013.1"

Moreover nova-manage service list , output is not so good too.

[root@OS7012 nova ]# nova-manage service list
Binary Host Zone Status State Updated_At
nova-cert OS7012.lab.com nova enabled XXX None
nova-scheduler OS7012.lab.com nova enabled XXX None
nova-compute OS7012.lab.com nova enabled XXX None
nova-network OS7012.lab.com nova enabled XXX None
[root@OS7012 nova]# yum install openstack-nova

Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
 Setting up Install Process
Package openstack-nova-2012.2.4-1.el6.noarch already installed and latest version
 Nothing to do
 [root@OS7012 nova]

Do you guys feel whether my yum is not configured to correct repository or my RHEL is not a supported version or something else is causing the problem? Your help is highly appreciated.
