Neutron DHCP adding DNS

How do I able to add the DNS servers in the Neutron DHCP, i assume in the /etc/neutron/dhcp_agent.ini. To be seen on running Instances/Virtual machines created. In linux it is on /etc/resolv.conf, in windows dns_servers.

I don't know where it get a value of 192.168.100.3, but I used to create an internal network 192.168.100.0/24 where the gateway is 192.168.100.1. As saw in the dashboard got this under Networks->(network Name)->Ports got these fixed IPs with corresponding device attached: 192.168.100.2 -> compute:none 192.168.100.3 -> network:dhcp 192.168.100.1-> network:router_interface

Can I add additional dns server on it or alter its dns? I don't know where the DHCP server of the Openstack is? Where to config.
