I think my network is too slow , but when use the computer view the above url ( http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-havana/epel-6/openstack-packstack-2013.2.1-0.32.dev987.el6.noarch.rpm). It's quickly download. I use the commond again.

sudo yum install -y openstack-packstack

The problem is still exist, it's strange. I can't install use the setp 2 command.

If I download the openstack-packstack by manual , is it ok to continue the step 3: packstack --allinone?
