Will ceilometer run on Hypervisors other than kvm, xen, qemu, lxc, uml?

OpenStack is documented to run on hypervisors other than the ones listed above, like Hyper-V and ESX but is ceilometer capable enough to report statistics about VM's running on other hypervisors especially compute-specific data like CPU's, VCPU's, CPU utilization time and memory utilization, etc.? If yes, do I need to configure ceilometer for that?

If no, can I expect ceilometer to support these in the near future(in Havana)?
