How to configure Storage interface in different interface than Network Interface in Kolla (kolla-ansible)

I'm installing Openstack Rocky with kolla-ansible. if I configure storage_interface: "em2" in globals.yml, shouldn tgtd pointing to the em2 ip address of the storage nodes? because it is pointing to the default interface (network_interface: "em1")

In a Storage node: em1: 172.16.230.6 em2: 172.16.231.6

netstat -ntpl | grep tgtd

0 0 172.16.230.6:3260 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 37288/tgtd

EDIT: I'm using Cinder. Ceph is disabled.disabled. EDIT 2: According to https://docs.openstack.org/kolla-ansible/ocata/user/production-architecture-guide.html, that option is only for Ceph. Is that correct? Why? Why is not for Cinder also?
