how to add a hypervisor?

I installed RDO on CentOS, everything goes smooth, but when i run command nova hypervisor-list i get an empty list! also from Horizon > Compute > hypervisor its empty i tried to install it yum install openstack-nova-compute and then start it: systemctl start openstack-nova-compute.service

I got the following error: Job for openstack-nova-compute.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

How i can configure nova-compute to use the computer which have openstack as a hypervisor as well

i have libvirt running systemctl status libvirtd ● libvirtd.service - Virtualization daemon Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/libvirtd.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled) Active: active (running) and RabbitMQ running rabbitmq-server.service - RabbitMQ broker Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/rabbitmq-server.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled) Drop-In: /etc/systemd/system/rabbitmq-server.service.d └─limits.conf Active: active (running)
