set up network on all-in-one VMWare VM

Hi

I've got an all-in-one install via packstack on a VMware RHEL6 VM configured with a single nic configured to use NAT networking. Everything works great except being able to access the instances (via ssh/ping) as I can't seem to get the network setup right. I've tried quite a few guides and variations (http://openstack.redhat.com/PackStack_All-in-One_DIY_Configuration, http://openstack.redhat.com/Neutron_with_existing_external_network, http://openstack.redhat.com/Difference_between_Floating_IP_and_private_IP etc) but fail at the final hurdle and can't reach the instances. The VMware NAT settings are as follows: Subnet IP: 192.168.245.0 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway IP: 192.168.245.2 DHCP start IP: 192.168.245.128 DHCP End IP address: 192.168.245.254 Broadcast address: 192.168.245.255

Given that, what settings should I have for the openstack external/internal networks, router, floating_ip. I can dig and find the commands but just need to get a picture of what needs to be done.

Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance
