Ocata creates 2 IPs of same subnet in each instance

When I followed official guide from Ocata version in Openstack.org after create and validated test enviroment in VirtualBox/Ubuntu. I created instances in provider and selfservice network. in both cases for each server automatically is created 2 vNIC, I double check configuration but I don't see find any issue.

IP address (10.1.2.62) from provider subnet in "selfservice instance" can ping from controller. IP addresses in self-service subnet create 2 IP addresses (172.16.1...) IP address (10.1.2.56) in provider instance ping but second IP (10.1.2.51) cannot from controller.

Does it only create one IP address in instances? if I delete them and create again, it create with 2 vNIC. how can it be checked?
