Mirantis Openstack 9.0 error create /boot partition in controller node

I am trying to install Openstack Mirantis 9.0 in our lab. My Scenario is 1 controller, 3 compute+storage. In provisioning phase (installing ubuntu). I found error for the controller node :

2017-08-10 08:28:09 INFO
fuel_agent.cmd.agent WrongPartitionSchemeError: /boot partition has not been created for some reasons 2017-08-10 08:28:09 INFO fuel_agent.cmd.agent '/boot partition has not been created for some reasons')

This is the log from fuel : https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste/z87WH8jiCFajBa5YpQoL2g/deactivate/fL2FekSt2QGhsZUrPOv9yWE0CLOHeEbBtY61nLb9ItXJDFg5H6iVw8m3sSzSHEmI

For other nodes are successfully. Anyone get same error with me?

Thanks.
