HOW TO CONTROL KVMS IN OPENSTACK

Hello. Im a begginer in openstack. I want to build a computer(Controller) which controls Openstack. Then I have 20 more computers(Nodes) with debian with Virtual Machines(KVM).Also the Virtual machines have Debian. Could i controll and administrate these KVMs with Openstack in the controller? If yes, how? Thank you so much
