Unable to establish connection to keystone

I am running Ubuntu 14.04 server in Virtual box with the host OS being Windows 7. On Ubuntu, I installed openstack by running stack.sh script of devstack. After installation, it said Horizon is available at http:10.1.2.16/dashboard .10.1.2.16 is the DHCP IP which is in my company LAN network. I was able to access the dashboard and install a cirros instance. After that I shutdown Ubuntu and closed Virtual box.

When I launched Ubuntu again, the DHCP IP had changed to 10.1.2.35. Now when I tried http:10.1.2.35/dashboard, the dashboard came up. But when I tried to login,

the error Unable to establish connection to keystone endpoint. was thrown.

So I ran stack.sh script again and after installation, it said Horizon is available at http:10.1.2.35/dashboard. After that I was able to login into the Openstack.

So my question is, do I have to run the stack.sh script everytime to login to openstack, because the IP has changed? But If I do that the instance which I created gets lost. How is this problem resolved?
