The libvirt error "could not find capabilities for domaintype=kvm" indicates a lack of kvm support on the host. This could be a lack of hardware support or it could mean the kvm/kvm_intel/kvm_amd kernel drivers are not loaded (as dbaxps was alluding to in the comments). If the drivers are not loading, it could be because you don't have kvm installed.

Ensure you have enabled virtualization flags for your hardware. Also In nova-compute.conf (in Ubuntu) or nova.conf(CentOS/RHEL) change virt_type=qemu and restart nova-compute service, nova-scheduler service. Then try to launch instance and check.

This error is due to the fact that kvm modules are not loaded in my system.. I added KVM amd module and that solved the issue.. Thanks all for the help..

Those kind of errors occur some times and it's important to fix it as quick as possible in order to keep your code safety. Those errors can be handled right after they are detected. If it's getting too hard for you there are programs that help doing that, such as checkamrx and others that work fine. Wish you well. Ben.
