Magnum second server?

Hi, I've two server for magnum. I installed on two my servers magnum like here. Now if i run "magnum service-list" I see only one server

adm1@op1:~$ magnum service-list

It is ok? Or it is a error?

If this is a error, what I need to do?

At this time, the conductor is limited to one process, but we intend to add horizontal scalability to the conductor as well.<<

Not sure how dated this is, but I haven't found any newer documentation yet. Currently researching the same issue.
