I just installed OpenStack via:

and then

/opt/stack/horizon: ./ --runserver

Starting development server at
Quit the server with CONTROL-C.

When I open the URL in the browser I can see this on the terminal:

Not Found: /dashboard/auth/login/
[28/Nov/2016 20:43:17] "GET /dashboard/auth/login/?next=/ HTTP/1.1" 404 4266

The Django error message in the browser is:

Using the URLconf defined in openstack_dashboard.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:
    ^$ [name='splash']
    ^home/$ [name='user_home']
    ^i18n/js/(?P<packages>\S+?)/$ [name='jsi18n']
    ^i18n/setlang/$ [name='set_language']
    ^jasmine-legacy/$ [name='jasmine_tests']

The current URL, dashboard/auth/login/, didn't match any of these.
