what happens with tap and bridge devices if VM of ComputeNode reboots via kexec?

when rebooting VM via kexec, will tap and bridge devices, that were associated with VM's eth port, re-creates or not?

I have never tried it, but these devices are outside of the virtual machine, so that they should not be affected by kexec. Perhaps you might argue that the tap device is intimately connected to the VM, but the bridge certainly isn't.

when the VM is booting via kexec, it hangs on executing 'ip link set up dev eth0' in my startup service. I don't know what root cause is, but the status inconsistency between VM's eth device and tap device after kexec rebooting may be a root cause. It happens not always, but enough to make confusion
