What's the replacement of nova_admin_auth_url in Mitaka?

In Liberty, Neutron has nova_admin_auth_url in the following files:

neutron/neutron/common/config.py
neutron/neutron/notifiers/nova.py
neutron/etc/neutron.conf

Mitaka removed nova_admin_auth_url. Where is its replacement?

From the installation guide:

[nova]
...
auth_url = http://controller:35357
auth_type = password
project_domain_name = default
user_domain_name = default
region_name = RegionOne
project_name = service
username = nova
password = NOVA_PASS
