when doing a --allinone installation or using the answers file I get the same errors during installation Centos 7 , Openstack newton

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 192.168.1.135_controller.pp Error: Could not set 'present' on ensure: Cannot allocate memory - fork(2) at 59:/var/tmp/packstack/b5db59b3812c418c807743453ebcfc12/modules/packstack/manifests/keystone.pp You will find full trace in log /var/tmp/packstack/20161025-210056-7QiaS7/manifests/192.168.1.135_controller.pp.log Please check log file /var/tmp/packstack/20161025-210056-7QiaS7/openstack-setup.log for more information Additional information: * File /root/keystonerc_admin has been created on OpenStack client host 192.168.1.135.
