Can't ping or ssh vms from anywhere

I'm new here and trying to install openstack without any installer like packstack/devstack. Right now i'm not able to ping any of my instance by floating or private ip. Here is the some detail about my setup.

Network

1) MGMT Network :- 10 .10.1.0/24 2) VM Network :- 10.10.2.0/24 3) External Network :- 10.10.2.0/24 4) Access network :- 192.168.1.0/24

**Node Information :-** 
1. controller node:-
    ens32:- 192.168.1.55
    ens33:- 10.10.1.2
    ens34:- 10.10.2.2
    ens35:- 10.10.3.2
2. compute node :- 
    ens32:- 192.168.1.56
    ens33:- 10.10.1.3

-Are you installing openstack on physical servers or VMs inside VMware? -Are you using ML2 or OVS? -In order to trace the packet flow, try using tcpdump -i interface , for ethX, bridgeX, and tapX, at controller and compute. That will give you a clue of what is going on.

thank you for your reply, i'm install openstack on a vm which is hosted on one of esx server. I'll try that tcpdump

OK, then associate only one NIC to the VMWare vSwitch. If you have 2, since they are in promiscous mode, the broadcast ARP/DHCP will go out and the get in again through the 2nd NIC. This will cause a wrong MAC address vs port association in you openstack nodes. Check with brctl showmacs in OS nodes
