error in launching instance : i try to create it from dashboard and the error exactly is "Failed to perform requested operation on instance"vm01",the instance has error status:please try again later [error,Construction de l'instance cb31............. interrompue:le mappage d'unité par bloc n'est pas valide

ca you share logs /etc/nova*? did you check rabbitmq and other services are working fine?
