Where can I find a compatibility list of hardware for OpenStack (any version) with CentOS?

Actually we have an OpenStack Open Source Havana version running into a CentOS 6.5 environment, and I'd like to bring it to Liberty/Newton (or the most recent possible) version. Then, I know that it isn't recommended to upgrade directly Havana-Liberty/Newton, so I decided not to do that. Instead, I'm trying to make a new OpenStack environment with CentOS 7, but my infrastructure is too old, I'm talking about HP DL360 G5 servers (I know.. we don't have the best resources) and I would like to know where can I find a HCL/SCL (compatibility list) in order to make the best choice of version I could migrate.

You will need to check Hardware Compatibility List for Openstack (redhat)

I can see you mentioned as CentOS, But they as well ask you to check Redhat HCL,Check here
