Follow https://www.rdoproject.org/install/qu... ( sorry RDO Newton would be AIO set up )
Regarding Mitaka use "centos7-mitaka/current-passed-ci" DLRN trunks. It would work for packstack
Sample of trunks repos setup here ( replace "newton" by "mitaka") :-

Packstack on RDO Mitaka was not dropped yet , on Newton feature to separate Controller and Storage Server was dropped . You can do almost any multi-node deployment , except HA Controller's Cluster and Swift multi node. Just one Swift Server ( 3 replicas - yes ) on landscape.

@dbaxps: Packstack doesn't support deploy HA Controller's cluster? I want to build openstack production using packstack, my topology include 2 controller nodes (HA - with controller's serivce and network), others node will run compute. Can I use packstack to do that? Thanks

I guess RHOSP 9 is only safe choice, you might fail with attempt of TripleO Bare Metal on RDO Mitaka. TripleO Bare Metal docs go only with commercial version
Check http://tripleo.org/index.html, but it seems to be outdated even for VENV set ups

Check RDO archives starting 03/2016 regarding TripleO Bare Metal on Mitaka.
