Hi everyone,

I am new to Openstack and I am facing a challenge where I need to find out what can identify uniquelly an Openstack installation. I was thinking about the keystone since it's like a transit point for all services, but i couldn't clear out some questions like : what if there are multiple keystones for HA? how are they communicating ?

if anyone can help with this question I will be very thankful.

Regards,

usually, on most openstack installations, you could have multiple keystone "server(s)", running under apache or not, and all of this keystone service could have a single backend DB -> mysql / mariadb / galera.
